Cheryl DeMent

Cheryl DeMent has been involved with horses all of her life and has been an active member of the Silver Dollars from the beginning.  She started out as a trick rider for 2 years and now plays a vital role on the drill team.  Not only is she a member but also an event coordinator and team organizer.  You may see her frequently carry an American Flag along side Penny Henson during the  grand opening ceremony.  In addition to performing in all the drill team dances, she assists the trick riders and roman riders.  This year she plans to use her own horse, Pete the paint.  You can always recognize Cheryl no matter what costume she is wearing or horse she is riding by her million dollar smile.
